Pls need help

Ordered this laptop. It's almost 5 pm now and the order isn't even out for delivery. I've seen some problems like this recently on laptops. They just either get lost or some intentional scam happens. Should I be worried yet?

Also can anyone help me how to contact Flipkart on this issue? Their operators have a script to follow and they never help
