Need help with setting up FiveM server, looking for mods.

So I made a server for me and my friends to play on, I got it all set up and then realized that there's like nothing there, no phone, no jobs, no shops, there's like a lot of things missing. And my understanding of it all is that with the server type I set up, it didn't come with any of what you'd generally see from the base game other than NPC's functionality. I tried downloading FiveM mods from gta5-mods but only half of them work. I also managed to successfully set up vMenu, and that's it for what currently is running on there.

I just got the PC version of GTAV like a week ago, and I was previously used to playing online on the xbox360, but they shutdown online quite a few years ago. I remember there were some servers I played on where you could earn money for doing basic tasks and jobs, you could also get it from killing other players. There was one where you could purchase garages and have a large vehicle collection in there. There was this one server that had like a custom vehicle shop page where they sold very over the top vehicles there, they were charging irl money for them (obviously I dont want to charge money), but i'd like something similar. I would like to find these and possibly add them to my server, but have absolutely no idea where the best place would be to find them.

I'd also like any mod suggestions, for game mechanics, or over the top goofy stuff.
