This is getting so confusing
Longtime Fella user / member. Down 30-40lbs (so much that I no longer really track it), pretty much on my maintenance dose. Except it's become impossible to maintain because Fella keeps changing what they send me. First it was the switch from vials to prefilled syringes. Now, I got two vials in the mail (usually only get one - I'm not sure how long the two should last - they recently said something about a 6 month supply but I don’t think that’s what this is), with instructions to take 150 units each time (that's 3x my maintenance amount under the formula I've been using for a year, which was 50 units) and they sent syringes marked in ml with no "units" marker. This is getting bonkers. I know supply is very difficult but more communication from fella would be great. Like "Hi! We've switched compounding pharmacies so this is a new formula. We have noted that you've been taking a maintenance dose of xx units on the last formula we sent. The equivalent of that on this new formula is yy units. The syringes we sent don't have units but your dose of yy units is the equivalent of zz ml. So please enjoy this _ month supply we sent by taking _ml each week!”
