Thinking of working for a ground contractor.

Hello everyone I'm new to this sub just looking for opinions. I currently work for a deliver partner for Amazon however the workload has decreased pretty drastically which means I'm not getting many hours. I have an opportunity to maybe work for a local contractor for FedEx in a rural area at $160 a day. Currently om making 19.75 an hour. Hopefully doing the same thing I've been doing come in run a route go home. So what is everyone's opinion of FedEx and the contractors doing ground? Are they offering a fair wage for a rural route? Is it better than Amazon? Thabks everyone in advance for the help. Just want to see how everyone feels and if anyone else made the switch if it went well for them.
