Blurry Graphics Once Again

So i've been suffering with blurry graphics mid-long range distance its so difficult to play as i cant see the braking zone well until im right there. They released a patch for this a few months ago however it is now back to being terrible. I've done every fix across the web for this but still nothing.

Any ideas would be great thanks. Im running a AMD ryzen 5800x and a rtx 3080 so hardware is not an issue.
