Green card holder needing to transfer will from Canada to U.S. (Texas)

Hi there, my husband had a will and power of attorney set up in Canada before meeting me. Now we are married and have children, he is a green card holder, and we need to get the will established here in the U.S. to transfer to me and our children, and to give me power of attorney.

Will any estate planning lawyer be able to handle this, or should we seek out someone specific for our case? If so, how do we go about finding someone who specializes in estate planning for green card holders?
