Need help about Ranni the Witch's questline

Hello im currently at Liurnia of the Lakes,i want to fight every boss and do every questline but Ranni seemed she doesnt recognizes me for some reason.She said "i didnt invite you" or something like that is it because im also doing irina(or hyetta?) and her fathers questline? Also nepheli. And what i gotta do now,should i go to radahn first or directly to nokton city,when im i gonna fight the dragon i scrached before,also i think im going to fight blaidd? I check that up on the net but it looks so confusing
