Not able to access the DLC

Xbox re(t)ard here, definitely a citizen of New Zeland.

Everything is good. DLC is loaded, got the emote, killed Radahan, Mogh, and I'm chilling at the egg.

Tried resting at a site of grace, reloading the area, quitting to main menu and a hard reset of the game. No dice. No NPC appearing, no way to interact with the hand.

Am I missing something? Makes me feel there's like a tiny step I'm missing in all of this. I talked to Blaid at Radahan's site too so I don't think that's it.
