Does anybody else feel like mainstream edm sucks nowadays?

I think the last years that mainstream edm still felt great was around 2016/2017, when Calvin Harris was still launching real bangers and not just boring pop songs and Chainsmokers where at their peak. After that, what is around is just shitty remixes of old songs like ''i'm blue'', and the same boring bass beat. Its just so commercial its unpleasant to hear
