Is anyone getting a solid 60fps on 4k/ultra?

Ive played with all the settings upgraded my cpu (11900k) and gpu 2x from 7800xt to 7900 xtx. If I overclock i can get close depending on the stage but turns always drop bad. Im considering trying a 4080 or even 4090 if i have to. If youre getting a solid 60+ (no drops below) on pc can you please share your setup?
