Mdma Speed Withdrawal-Dizziness Attacks

Hello, I'm currently going through Mdma and Speed withdrawal and every few minutes I feel dizzy and have a racing heart. This feeling lasts for 2-3 seconds and then goes away. Has anyone had the same problem during withdrawal? Should I get professional help or is it normal on a withdrawal?
