DAE occasionally have a sharp pain in their left arm when coughing too much?

Location is inside bicep just above the elbow joint. It’s not always. But sometimes if I cough too frequently or too hard it’s a sharp stabbing pain. Lord Google searches are a bit unhelpful as I suspect it’s not a heart attack. A coworker looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned it a few weeks ago. Thoughts?
