6.6 Durmax without emissions in California??

So I was about to buy a 6.6 durmax, but the truck originally came from out of state, meaning it doesn't have an EGR and some other emissions equipment I think??

(It's a stock 49 state truck. Some emissions equipment was only on the cali version??)

Would I just not be able to pass smog in California? What can I do here? Lol
