Tylenol for toothache

Hello everyone, I’m having a concern so I’ve been taking ibuprofen everyday 12 hours apart from last dose. I need a root canal and it won’t get done until next week. Earlier I got this random back pain and I was wondering could it be I’ve been damaging my liver due to the Tylenol? I wish I can stop taking it but every time I try my toothache gets bad. Should I stop taking it? Or maybe it was just random back pain and I’m overthinking.
