Male Patients Keep Adding Me on Social Media

I am a young female dentist and it’s not uncommon for me to receive requests on Facebook or Instagram from male patients. However, I just ignore them and let them “marinate” and eventually delete them. 90% of the time the patient gets the hint and never tries again. Some patients are more persistent and continue to add me after being removed, after which I block them. One such patients found me on FOUR different platforms and added me, which made me uncomfortable. How do I proceed and should I continue to see these patients?
