"15 Minute City" in Frisco
The news this morning had a feature for The Fields up in Frisco, and kept calling it a "15 minute city - a place you can walk or drive 15 minutes to everything you need"
I looked it up, and of course, it looks just like any other new development by our friends to the north - only the developer also included some retail (that you won't be able to walk to from the residential section of the development anyway)
Like, I get that you wanted to run with a story about the shiny new development in Frisco, but maybe do 5 minutes of research to learn what a 15 minute city is before reading the lines that the developer gave you? The whole point of a 15 minute city is that you don't have to drive.
