Bg shapeshifter?

How you guys feel about the Bg shapeshifter? I normally throw gamechangers. Tbh it’s annoying to see people cringe when I use them. Like oh he thinks he’s good wit them. Like dude I came from horseshoes where it’s not a celebrated tactic to block the way to score. Jus to give the sense of annoyance. Any little tips would be great
