Is Uber available in the rural parts of Litchfield County?

Hi,

I am from out of state and staying at my father’s place for the week in the town of Warren in Litchfield County. I wanted to go to a vineyard this weekend but was wondering if I would be able to find an Uber available since I will be drinking and cannot drive. If Uber is not an option would anyone from the area be able to help me find a cab service that can get me to and from?
