Does anyone have feedback on Rakdos, the Muscle?

I've seen a few games with this commander and I've been wanting to build something new (currently running Niv and Stella kinda feels the same but just slightly different flavor). I like the sac outlet that's built into the command zone and given that sac outlets are generally pretty hard to deal with, I wanted to see what others have thought about this commander.
