Should I continue to work here !?

Hi. So I have basically done MDS (masters in dentistry) and I am gold medalist. I joined a chain of dental clinics and for first 15 days they said we ll see how she is n all bs and now for 4 days a week they said 25k/month salary. I am furious. It is a mentally taxing place where I have to lick their asses even though they treat patients as scape goats. I am in two minds
