More power?

Is there any way I can make this damn Jeep stay at 65 on the interstate? I get that it isn’t a speed demon. But has anybody had any REAL, PROVEN HP gains with anything? I’ve read the posts on here and they all say a lot of nothing and a lot of maybes.

EDIT: I ordered a tune up kit, will be ordering a IRO exhaust kit soon. Also got a new air filter. It can actually suck wind through the air box now instead of being smothered. As soon as the tune up kit gets here I’ll put it on and try it out, may decide to go a more permanent, performance route with my ignition. I guess I never really considered that the ignition may have been shot
