MoveIt- complaints for a ride driver

Where can I make a complaint for rude drivers.. my sister was shouted at and ditched by her driver without cancelling the ride, and left my sister crying on the street. The help center only accepts complaints for accidents, etc. so I'd like to know where can I make complaints regarding this matter.
