Suggestions for Reducing Road Noise or Improving Acoustics?
Hi! I've had my Honda BR-V for around 8 months now, and while I don't have any major complaints, I wish it was a bit quieter inside. I like to keep things as stock as possible (unless need talaga may palitan), so I'm curious if there are ways to reduce road noise without sacrificing ride quality or fuel economy. I've heard some people suggest switching tires (stock Bridgestone turanzas 18s), but I don’t want a significant change in the driving experience.
I'm also hesitant to add sound deadening since I’m worried it might cause creaks in the doors or panels later on but if it is necessary and won't produce creaking noises, then Im in. I also heqr some rattling in the passenger door and the air vents in the second row. I had CASA check it out, but they couldn’t find anything. I asked them to try it again but they were insistent that they couldn't reproduce my issue. I wasted five hours for nothing.
As for the speakers, they sound fine to me, so I’m not looking for audio upgrades.
Any recommendations on how to reduce road noise or address the rattling noise?
Thank you!
EDIT: changes ecopias to turanzas
