Doubt on eca Trials for 2025

I am a bit confused about eca. 1.where do I fill the application form for eca? 2. Is eca trial conducted the same year cuet is conducted? (This part is confusing me the most as Eca for 2024 is already done last year). - if yes then are the trials conducted after or before cuet? Please help me with this.
