Price check for 2017 CT200h F sport 103k

Hi, looking for price comparisons for a 2017 F sport. Private seller, they are at $15,000 currently. No mechanical issues apparent pending PPI. Some cosmetic damage as pictured.

I’m more in the $12500 ball park for this many miles and condition. Don’t necessary need a F sport.

Any advice and price comparisons for what everyone else paid?
