Frame stutters after some games in Warzone

I just recently redownloaded MW after playing some Apex and I noticed that my frames stuttered heavily. I went through tons of forums and videos and changed a bunch of setting on my pc which helped it considerably. It boosted by fps tons and now for a couple games it won't stutter.

This is WZ only, on multi I get a constant 170+ fps with no drops.

My CPU load stays at around 80, and GPU is around 100 until it drops to anywhere from 40-70 when these stutters happened.

Any ideas?
