Protein, Fat, Carb Ratio

What's the ideal ratio? Do you focus on the breakdown at all, or only on calorie bottom line?

I'm at a ~2k Calorie maximum for my deficit, and have been trying to limit as many carbs as I could, or at least match with protein.

Today was 100g carbs vs. 80g protein.
