Best place to open a storefront bakery?
My wife has a baking business, we live in another city and thinking about relocating to Buffalo. I grew up there but haven’t lived there for 30 years. What part of town would be best for her to find a small industrial kitchen space where she can make large batches using commercial kitchen equipment and then sell to local stores and restaurants and do individual orders also on demand. Any tips on finding such a place other than LoopNet and realtor.com. (She doesn’t have this arrangement now and it is a move at upgrading). Ideally she wants a dedicated kitchen of her own not a shared commercial/incubator kitchen space.
