New Giant Zojirushi
I got a new Zojirushi 2lb machine for my birthday.
It makes giant 2lb loaves, but holy crap they are the softest bread I've ever made. Not sure how that's a thing, but it puts my Cuisinart to shame on softness.
Anyone tweak the machine to only do 1 lb loaf? I am giving away 2/3rds of the loaves as it is because its just too much bread for 2 people.
I'm attempting to halve the ingredients and see how that goes.
Edit: Thanks for the input everyone. I'm having a blast. I have made 7 loaves of bread this weekend alone.
