Matchpay livechat

I’m looking to see if anyone has a link, so I can connect to a Matchpay representative? I tried clicking the ‘live chat’ button, underneath the ‘email us’ but it just takes me to the top of the page, no livechat opens up.

Any information would be greatly appreciated
