Poor Lily had 5 lumps tested for mast cel tumours, 4 came back as positive and the vet recommended removal, this happened yesterday. She was in a terrible state when she came home, bewildered, some bleeding, but overnight she gradually settled and now she's eating and taking her meds.

We're letting her have short walks around the living room to get her steady on her feet. This has been unbelievably stressful, I cried all the way around her last walk on Friday morning in case it was our last adventure, but the vet is pleased with the operation and I hope we get many more years with the little minx.
