Quit AG1 --now what?
Ok, so I agree that the $3 a day thing is absurd. As a 54 F, what 3-4 supplements would you recommend for someone that has great blood pressure, good cholesterol levels but wants more energy, mental clarity and gut biome support (I have IBS-D that is mostly under control). Currently taking Magnesium Threonate at night to help with sleep and Calcium supplements when I remember.
