Seeking Advice for Developing a Bee Simulation Game
Hi all,
I'm currently working on a bee simulation game, tentatively called "Nectaropolis." The idea is to provide players with a realistic, or slightly fantastical, experience managing bees and a hive from within.
About the Game:
"Nectaropolis" is a bee simulation game where players manage bees and a hive from within, performing tasks like dedicating honeycombs and sending scout bees to find new flowers. The aim is to create a realistic, or maybe a bit fantastic, simulation that captures the wonder of bee/bee hive life.
Why I'm Making This Game:
I find bee life fascinating and wanted to create a game that's not just entertaining but also educational. If realistic enough, it could serve as a valuable tool for those new to beekeeping. I'm also considering adding a human beekeeping aspect.
Seeking Advice:
I have limited knowledge about bees and their organization, and I'm eager to learn more from the community and experts. I also plan to start beekeeping in a few years, so I'm beginning to learn about beekeeping practices as well. If you're interested, I would love to share more details about the game. Your insights are invaluable, and I want to make sure I'm on the right track.
Your insights are appreciated.
