Permanent suspension - restoration and consequences?
I'm very certain I was falsely flagged for posting "CP", what do I do? I'm very certain, because I was suddenly logged out and banned while I was in the middle of uploading archived u/exilevilify's content onto a private (just me) discord server (which, after doing research of their AI policy, I realise was a bit stupid), from a mediafire folder I found online. I checked through both the photos I had sent and didn't send, and they were all her content, and she was absolutely over 18 (and looks over 18) at the time the photos were taken.
Where do I go from here? Firstly my discord account is associated with someone else's email, but I have still filled out this form: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000029731 - and with the important information and their email address, and intend to fill out a ticket if I get the chance to. I've read that Discord will not respond at all to accounts they suspect of submitting this kind of material, so I'm not very hopeful that it will be restored, but any advice on how to do so will be very appreciated.
Secondly, I've also read that they automatically contact the NSPCC, how worried should I be that this will get back to me and affect me irl? It might be important that I'm not in the US but in the UK. Looking at the NSPCC website, (and also a few random yt comments), a person will manually review the images before pursuing it further, does it mean that if they see that it is in no ways CP I will be completely removed from their system? What are the chances that they end up pursuing it further anyways?
Has completely ruined my day, definitely week at well at least. I appreciate any feedback.
