Should I dispute with my bank if I’m unsatisfied with a product?

I purchased an eyelash lift kit with the understanding that if I am unsatisfied with the product then the company will honor a 30 day money back guarantee as long as you provide before, during and after pictures.

Well I made sure to provide all 3 pictures of the duration of me using the product. I was not satisfied with the results and the product was just too difficult to use. For example, there is a pad that you’re supposed to put on your eyelid, but it doesn’t stick down. So you have to basically use glue to get it to stick down and even when you use that it still is trying to peel off. Also the glue made my eyes swell up. Plus I didn’t like the results despite using their official YouTube video tutorial. So yeah I don’t like the product.

Well I tried reaching out to get a refund and all they are doing is just giving me tips on how to better use the product. Tips that I have already done. So what should I do at this point. The reason I want to dispute is because under Visa, dispute code 13.5 Misrepresentation could apply if cardholder claims terms of sale were misrepresented by merchant.
