Could I make this look better myself?

I parked my car the other day and part of the curb was protruding farther than I could see and I scraped the fuck out of my bumper. Is it possible to fix this and if so how would I go about it? I don’t care enough to pay to have a shop do it as I plan to have this car till it dies but would be willing to DIY if it doesn’t look horrible afterwards.
