What do you think is the future of hill shire suburbs like Sydney Box hill, Gables? They are literally corners of North West. They lack transport and other amenities. On the other hand, the land value is rising for airport metro backed western suburbs like cadden, Claremont medows.

What seems to be the end game here? Will box Hill, gables rise in its value? If yes why? The other hill suburbs have metro connectivity and proximity to shipping centres and amminities. What does box hill and gables have?
