Best ITP Shave

Fellas, where can I get the smoothest shave? Doesn't need to be included with a cut. I have a pretty good guy but I got a cut and shave Wednesday evening and was quite sick by Thursday morning so I missed my window which makes it a total loss if you understand me. Can't make it back to him for scheduling reasons.

Trying to attain peak performance face smoothness on Tuesday/Wednesday (hopefully enough time if the line is long). Idc if it's a shop or a street corner so long as we get smooth.

Whatcha got? I will tip heavy and be a repeat customer.

Edit: I'm talking $100 tip included. Less is better of course, but I wouldn't feel bad about $100.
