Internalized homophobia

I think i am gay but still quite homophobe. I am 39 and never experienced anything sexual with a man since childhood. It Is Just not acceptable for me.so what can i do tovovercome this believes? I barely speak to anyone Because I think i am not sutyrntic so i don't deservr ti speak to others. I live in lonelyness
