Anyone know how to construct a universal seed counting machine?

I count and sell seeds online, I don’t know anyone personally with engineering experience that’s not just working on cars.

I’m looking for a machine that is able to count several different types of seeds, could be as small as tomatoes and as big as sun flowers. I seen a similar machine to what I’m looking for online at this link, preferable a machine that functions using these types of bags Link

Ultimately I’m looking for anyone willing to create or leads to find someone capable of making a similar machine or a seller of something like this, I’ve had no luck contacting foreigners for similar machines in both turkey and china but no luck. As far as location goes somewhere within Texas is preferably but I’ll gladly take any leads.
