Yoga – Jessica Skye's Early Sessions
I (55M) began a dedicated Yoga routine a couple of months ago, and I've relied heavily on the Apple Fitness+ programs. I ultimately landed on Jessica as my only instructor because I found her overall vibe and instruction/communication best suited for me and my skill level.
I began with only a 20-min slow flow session as part of my 5 a.m. morning routine, but I've added two additional 30-minute sessions per week. I created a Program on AF+, and it went deep into Jessica's library to fill out the weeks ahead.
I've noticed her later sessions are noticeably more refined, polished, and confident than her earlier sessions. Perhaps it's because I have been doing nothing but her 2022 and later sessions, but the difference is almost jarring. I had a difficult time following this morning's session, and her usual deliberate cadence and clear methodical instruction was missing. I wouldn't say it's bad...she's still a great instructor, but her growth in the role is quite noticeable.
It could also be the overall production as AF+ has matured as well.
Curious to hear others' opinions.
