Do we belong to this group?

So we got Willis a couple weeks ago. He was listed as a black mouth cur mix. However he’s 8 months and already over 80 pounds. I know he still has some growing to do. A friend was telling me he looked a lot like either a Anatolian or something closely related. Would also make more sense size wise. He likes to prop up against doors or windows then just goes on guard duty ha.
