The new norm

Hey guys so today I went to amazon for a pre-screening appointment at my local fufilment center to do all my new hire paperwork and I saw like 9 or 10 amazon employees smoking weed at the bus stop and a few sitting on the ground smoking cigerettes. I assume they were taking their lunch break is this normal at your FC or DS? I thought it was a drug free workplace I really don't care whatever floats their boat I just get too paranoid when I smoke lol
