Is this a bad figure?

I know the Arkham version came out for this but I really do prefer this design more. However, one of the complaints I hear with this figure is its cape but I feel it could be fun to pose but I would agree the bendable wire cape would be much better. Other than that is there any other reason to dislike or like this figure?
