AIO for thinking that he might have sexually assaulted me.

Im 19 and my bf is 18, we decided to meet last week. We had set some boundaries over oral sex because Im not comfortable doing that, we had agreed on kissing and cuddling. Few days ago he told me he wanted to do oral and I told him no I dont want to do it. He agreed and then couple of days later, he again kept asking me if I wanted to do it, told him multiple times no I don't want to but he kept saying let's do it. I gave in and did oral. After that he told me to do oral without the condom, I froze and felt pretty sad and teary and he saw that and kept apologizing and told me he wont do it again. I have been crying over this, its been bothering me. Am I overreacting?
