Lazy associate…
I’m an ASM at my store. The last 4 days I’ve been the 7:30 - 5:30. I had the same associate as primary when he gets here from 10-1 and then he’s let up. Everything for the registers we put on register 1 in the morning and I’ve asked him to do it, everyday. Obviously he didn’t and doesn’t listen. I tell my SM and he said, “well I wasn’t here to witness you telling him to do it and he does have ADHD so there’s nothing I can do about it”
