Need to confirm these AirPods

Hi everyone I saw this on Fb marketplace and I really want one but I’m too broke and i don’t see it worth paying 500+ this guy agreed to lower his price to 100 in cash only and these are some of the pics he posted also he said he threw out the box so i can’t check the serial number but it’s not even reliable anymore! Please any advice is appreciated
