ATLA Character Tier List

Not the best and widest variety of characters, in the list, but wanted to share anyway. This is based on characters I liked. Not most powerful, not necessarily most impactful to the story. Just characters I liked most.

Side note: each individual tier is also listed from most to least liked, left to right
