Plan to purchase a GLC63s from texas, i'm in California, does this purchase sheet look off?

i live in cali and i'm being told i have to register and pay for sales tax in cali, the purchase price on the car is 56k, yet im being charged sales tax, are they trying to screw me or what? i'm not pulling the trigger until i sort this out becuz my friends are saying it seems off.

anyone know anything about out of state purchasing
