Was Kevin drugged the day he visited Jodi’s house?

In his second police interview, he describes visiting Jodi’s house and says “If I didn’t see these things myself, I wouldn’t believe they happened.” He describes plates flying off shelves, amongst other things and seems to equate it all to the devil visiting Jodi because that was her explanation. But given the fact that Jodi and Ruby went to Mexico for drugs & that they would close themselves in rooms and hallucinate about god, is there a possibility that Jodi was giving them things that caused hallucinations but maybe didn’t cause other side effects that would make them understand they are being drugged?
